the "goal-driven" woman who is ready for her transformation, and those "new to" or "getting back into" fitness.  Availability to meet 1-3x per week.

Sometimes the missing link is the energy, competitive drive and the fun of having a sister/buddy WITH YOU to PUSH you to the next level.  Private Pair Training will build endurance, flexibility, strength and confidence with: longer intervals (and longer rest periods between), heavier lifting with slower tempo, partnered exercises, and dedicated time for stretch + flexibility for increased mobility.

RECOMMENDED FOR: 

the "goal-driven" ladies (or couples) who are ready to step up their transformation with accountability.  Ideal those who are naturally competitive and like to talk smack... to eachother (not to me).  Availability to meet 1-3x per week.

$40 - $50 per session ($20 - 25 per person)
