FOCUS: "resistance training to build lean muscle mass and boost metabolism efficiency"

RECOMMENDED FOR: women who have completed "PHASE 2: LEAN OUT", and are ready to make adjustments to their nutrition to feed lean muscle gains, and are ready to commit to 45 minutes of strength training workouts 4-5x per week with 20-30 minutes of cardio 2-3x per week.

All group challenges 12 weeks in length and are facilitated by Coach Tab through the FITNESS:FOOD:FREEDOM app.

Once registered for the challenge, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to download the FFF app, and will then be prompted to complete the detailed set-up (this set-up information is not shared and only accessed by FFF team).

Upon completion of set-up in the app, you will have access to the following:

- optional monthly meal plan (with recipe and weekly grocery lists)(alternative or additional meal plans available for purchase)

- workout calendar with optional scheduled workout for the day (20-30 minute video with Coach Tab)(daily workouts are designed for INTERMEDIATE LEVEL)

- daily group motivation and education from Coach Tab

- group sharing, accountability, encouragement, and support from others in the same phase of their journey as you

- ability to log workouts (option to sync to FitBit or Apple Watch, track nutrition (option to sync to your MyFitnessPal app), and log stats (optional weigh-in, measurements, and specific goal setting, ie. 8 hours of sleep per night).


PLEASE NOTE: this is a PRIVATE ACCOUNTABILITY + SUPPORT GROUP for muscle gain.  It is expected that a participant gain weight during this phase as we are creating optimal conditions for developing muscle tissue.  Mentally, this phase requires focus, discipline, consistency and a "trust the plan" approach.  If you would like to receive private fitness training or nutrition coaching sessions, please contact Coach Tab.  Private sessions are available at additional cost and by appointment only.
